Feel it all at an Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk

Join us at East Park, Hull on 21 September 2024 and share an incredible day with others who understand how it feels to be affected by dementia.

Meeting point

Hull Memory Walk will start and finish in the event site which is located on the field between the Holderness Road entrance and the Summergangs Road entrance. Find us using the What3Words App by entering ///wishes.twist.works.

Please note this area is on grass.

Travel information

There is no dedicated event parking, please use public transport.

Please consider the most sustainable method of transport, or car share where possible.

Route

To make sure everyone's included, there are two routes to choose from on the day of Memory Walk.

A shorter 2.5km route, which is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities.

The longer 5km route is two laps around the lake.

Please note the route and distance is subject to change, and suitable footwear is recommended.

Accessibility 

The meeting point is on grass. Both routes are on pavement and are suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs with assistance. There is no dedicated accessible parking.
