Key Information
Meeting Point
Liverpool Memory Walk will start and finish in the event site at Otterspool Promenade, on the field directly between the promenade and Otterspool Nature Reserve. Find us using postcode L17 5AL or enter ///owls.became.saying into the What3Words app.
Please note, for wheelchair and pushchair users, the best access to the field is via a paved ramp opposite the children's play area, which you can also find by entering ///loans.pads.minus into the What3Words app.
We recommend that anyone participating in Memory Walk arrives at the event site from 10am. This allows time to take part in the pre-walk activities such as the Zumba warm-up and also allows time for possible delays caused by traffic and public transport.
Route
To make sure everyone's included, there are two routes to choose from on the day of Memory Walk.
A shorter 1.6km route, which is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities.
A longer 5.6km route which is slightly more challenging.
Please note the route and distance is subject to change, and suitable footwear is recommended.
*The map above can be expanded for more detail. Simply click the box in the top right corner. **Please note the route is subject to change.
