Active Minds day centre is referred to as a social club and clients are known as members to empower them. The centre offers a variety of activities such as: singing; grow your own fruit & veg; home baking; move it or you lose it; trips out; live entertainment and much more.

- People over 50 years of age, including those with dementia, who feel socially isolated or who might need support
