The Companionship Project is running a pilot for online companionship groups over six weeks. The groups will be a space where people can socialise, share experiences, or just listen to others. As an extension of our existing companionship services, the groups will be a great way for people living with dementia and their carers to meet new people, feel more supported and increase their confidence. They are not intended to function as advisory sessions. The groups will be facilitated by a member of staff and supported by a volunteer.
