With Will to Remember, you can access professional legal advice to update or write a simple Will in person for free.
Choose a solicitor local to you from our approved network across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, all of whom understand the challenges of those affected by Dementia. This means you know they will treat your requirements with care and understanding, whether or not you or your loved ones live with the condition.

Create a simple free Will with a solicitor
Availability: England and Wales
Suitable for: Simple estates
Write your Will quickly and easily online through our partner, Farewill – the largest online Will writing service in the UK.
We are able to offer this service for free to Alzheimer’s Society supporters in England and Wales, with no obligation to leave a gift in your Will. However, many of our supporters do choose to recognise Alzheimer’s Society with a gift, in recognition of a cause they care deeply about.
Farewill is suitable for simple estates, if your estate is more complex, please consider our Will to Remember free Will-writing offer with a solicitor local to you.

If you would prefer to write your Will over the phone, you can request a callback from our partners at Farewill.
We are able to offer this service for free to Alzheimer’s Society supporters in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, with no obligation to leave a gift in your Will. However, many of our supporters do choose to recognise Alzheimer’s Society with a gift, in recognition of a cause they care deeply about.
Arrange a call back within 24 hours – when Farewill’s specialists will take you through the whole process from start to finish, suitable for simple estates.
Please note that, in order to avoid unattended appointments, Farewill will take credit or debit card details when booking in your phone call. Nothing will be charged to your card unless you give less than 24 hours notice that you can’t make the appointment, in which case a £20 cancellation charge will apply. This will be clearly explained to you on the booking call.
