Writing your Will with Octopus Legacy is quick, easy, and free, whether you choose to do it online or over the phone. When you sign up, we'll issue you with a voucher code that can be redeemed to cover the cost of Octopus Legacy's support.

What are the steps?
- Register, using the link below, and we'll email you all the details you need to claim your free Will.
- Write your Will. Fill out a simple online questionnaire and Octopus Legacy's specialists will review your wishes and write your Will.
- Sign. That's it! Print your Will and sign it with two witnesses to make it legally binding. Octopus Legacy also offer storage options for your Will (additional charges may apply).

What are the steps?
Arrange your free 15-minute call back from a Octopus Legacy specialist at a time that suits you using our online form, linked to below.
Octopus Legacy’s phone service is available from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.
- Discuss your requirements during your call back. Your Octopus Legacy specialist will then book in a second Will-writing call appointment
- Attend your appointment with Octopus Legacy. This phone or video call can take around 45 minutes. They'll ask you some simple questions about your assets and wishes, and they'll write your Will after the call.
- Sign your Will. After Octopus Legacy's specialists write your Will, they’ll send you a copy that you’ll need to print and sign in front of two witnesses (who’ll also need to sign it), to make it legally binding. Octopus Legacy also offer storage options for your Will (additional charges may apply).

It was so simple to write my Will with Alzheimer's Society. The whole thing took less than a quarter of an hour. In terms of the peace of mind it has given me, it was 15 minutes well spent.
