- Choose your solicitor and book an appointment.
- Write your Will. During your in-person appointment, the solicitor will ask you some questions about your circumstances and write your Will.
We provide a simple Will (single or mirror) free of charge with Will to Remember. Your solicitor will explain any additional costs that may come with more complex requirements before you start.

We can help you write or update a simple Will for free. If your situation is more complicated – like if you own a large business - your solicitor will let you know early on. In such cases, there may be additional costs, which you’ll need to pay if you choose to continue.
