What is Dementia Carers Together?
Behind every person with dementia is someone caring for them.
Caring for someone living with dementia can bring challenges, questions and changes that can sometimes feel overwhelming. Every day, thousands of dementia carers juggle exhaustion, isolation and overwhelming responsibilities - and too many don't know where to turn for help.
Through our Dementia Carers Together Appeal, in partnership with the Daily Mail, we're raising funds to create a nationwide service with local support networks that ensures no carer faces dementia alone.

The Dementia Carers Together service
Dementia Carers Together supports people caring for someone living with dementia. Through local in-person and virtual sessions, you can connect with other carers, access trusted information and explore practical ways to help you in your caring role.
Shaped by carers' lived experiences and free to access, the service focuses on the issues that matter most - from understanding rights and navigating care systems to managing finances, wellbeing and planning for the future - so no one feels alone on their caring journey.
