The Dementia Support and Partnerships directorate consists of our operational and frontline staff, delivering the Society's information, advice and support services to those who need it most.
The CEO's Office are responsible for managing the day to day affairs of the Chief Executive. The directorate also contains our Strategy, Planning and Performance teams.
The Finance and Assurance directorate enables our people to deliver impactful support for people affected by dementia through tools, systems, processes and insight. Collectively, Finance and Assurance keep the organisation safe and sustainable to be able to reach its objectives.
The Income and Engagement directorate work to raise public awareness of dementia and inspire meaningful action. Through marketing, strategic communications and fundraising, the directorate connect people to our cause and generate the income needed to fund vital support services and research.
The People directorate make sure that our employees and volunteers can play their part in achieving the Society’s vision. From developing our reward and recognition offering to knowing how to reach the best-fit candidates, the People directorate know a great people experience leads to a great experience for the people we support.
The Research and Influencing directorate bring together evidence, insight and research to build new solutions, raise awareness, increase understanding and hold governments across the three nations to account in improving the lives of people affected by dementia.
The Technology directorate support teams across the Society in best practices for IT and data management, as well as ensuring that technology and infrastructure operate efficiently and securely across all services for a seamless experience for all.
