What is the plank challenge?

Plank every day throughout January and work your way up to holding a plank either 3 or 6 minutes depending on your chosen level of intensity. 

Dementia devastates lives. By the time you have planked for three minutes, one person will have developed dementia. Sign up today and make a difference to the lives of people affected by dementia. 

How do I get involved in the plank challenge?

Head to our Facebook group and join. 

Once part of the Facebook group, set up your Facebook Fundraising page.
