This application and the webpage contains information about services (“Information”) provided to Alzheimer’s Society by other organisations (“Information Providers”) for the benefit of people with dementia, carers, health and social care professionals and others with an interest in dementia. 

The Information should not be regarded as medical advice or professional advice and the Alzheimer’s Society recommends that you contact the relevant Information Provider to confirm details of services you would like to attend or use.

Alzheimer's Society does not endorse and accepts no liability whatsoever caused or contributed to by Information Providers, the Information, or the services to which the Information relates.  

Alzheimer’s Society cannot guarantee that the Information is correct or up to date, is not responsible for errors or omissions in the Information submitted or any actions resulting from the use of such information, and makes no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, in relation to the Information.

The dementia directory is not to be used to find participants for research studies. If you are interested in finding research participants, you may like to apply to list your study on the Join Dementia Research website.
