Feel it all at an Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk
Join us at Bute Park, Cardiff in 2025 and share an incredible day with others who understand how it feels to be affected by dementia.
Online registrations for 2025 aren't open yet, but you can register your interest today and be the first to know when places open.
Share advice, laughter, and support at the Cardiff Memory Walk. And when you cross the finish line, celebrate with your medal, knowing you have walked for a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.

Meeting point
Cardiff Memory Walk will start and finish in the event site at Coopers Field, which is in the south side of in Bute Park. Please note, this area is on grass. Find us using the postcode CF10 3ER, alternatively enter ///fantastic.book.crest into the What3Words App.
Travel information
There is no dedicated event parking, please use city centre parking and public transport. Bute Park is 1.5km walk from Cardiff Station. Please consider the most sustainable method of transport, or car share where possible.
Route
To make sure everyone's include, there are two routes to choose from on the day of Memory Walk.
A shorter 2km route, which is wheelchair accessible and suitable for all ages and abilities.
The longer 6km route takes in the sights around the park and along the River taff, and is more challenging.
Please note the route and distance is subject to change, and suitable footwear is recommended.

The meeting point is on grass. The short route is on paved paths and suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs with assistance. There is no event parking available at this event.
