We can help you get an up-to-date Will, in a way that works best for you – in person with a local solicitor, online or over the phone. When you write or update your Will, you can also do something incredible: leave a legacy to help us beat dementia.
There are three ways we can help you with your Will:

Suitable for: Simple and Complex estates
With Will to Remember, you can access professional legal advice to update or write a simple Will in person for free.
When you sign up, you'll be invited to choose a solicitor local to you from our approved network across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. All of our solicitors understand the challenges of those affected by dementia. This means they will treat your requirements with care and understanding, whether or not you or your loved ones live with the condition.

Create a simple free Will with a solicitor
Availability: England and Wales
Suitable for: Simple estates
Write your Will quickly and easily online through our partner, Octopus Legacy.
We are able to offer this service for free to Alzheimer’s Society supporters in England and Wales.
Octopus Legacy's online service is suitable for simple estates. If your estate is more complex, you may wish to consider our Will to Remember service, where you can write or update your Will with a local solicitor.

If you would prefer to write your Will over the phone or by video call, you can request a callback from our partner Octopus Legacy
We are able to offer this service for free to Alzheimer’s Society supporters in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Arrange a call back at a time that suits you when Octopus Legacy's specialists will take you through the process and book in your Will-writing phone or video call suitable for simple estates.
