Language translation service

For callers to the Dementia Connect support line who do not have English as their language of choice we can arrange a simultaneous language translation service.

How to use the confidential translation service

  1. Ring the support line on 0333 150 3456 .
  2. When your call is answered, say the English word for the language you would like to use.
    Please note, you’ll need to give your name and telephone number in English (or have someone with you to do this).
  3. Hang up your phone and wait. An interpreter will usually call you back within five minutes. They will help us give you the information you need.
