London Winter Walk 2027

The challenge

A great event to wrap up and walk off the Christmas and new year celebrations and to fundraise for Alzheimer's Society! There are full marathon, half marathon and 10km distance options, as well as an accessible ‘Family Fun 5K’ on the Sunday. All routes start & finish at The Oval Cricket Ground, and take in highlights of the Thames, its historic bridges, and many of the Capital’s landmarks. 

Sign up as a team, or as an individual and families are welcome. There’s rest stops with snacks and drinks, a special medal and hot food back at the finish before you head home.

Fundraising

You only need to raise half of the fundraising target 3 weeks ahead of the Winter Walk to confirm your place - you can then top up the rest during, and after, the challenge!

Charity sponsorship - pay a small registration fee and do lots of fundraising! Remember you only need to raise half of the fundraising target to confirm your place on the challenge. The Reg Fees below are 50% OFF standard fees – as you’ll be fundraising for an official SERIES CHARITY PARTNER 

Marathon - £30 reg fee + £300 in fundraising

Half Marathon - £20 reg fee + £225 in fundraising

10KM - £10 reg fee + £150 in fundraising
