It’s free, easy to access, and puts you in touch with the right support, from local help to phone and online advice. Helping make things easier.
Dementia support for you
Find relevant information and advice, or request a call from our dementia advisers for further help.
Alzheimer’s Society’s dementia advisers can support you directly by phone or face to face, as well as connect you to a range of local services.
Here are a few examples of the support Dementia Connect provides:

• Help to understand dementia and coping techniques.
• Advice on Lasting Power of Attorney.

You’ll be offered regular calls so we can keep in touch, to find out how you are and offer support and advice when things change.

Online support is available round the clock through our website.
Answer a few simple questions about yourself, or the person you want to help, to get relevant information and advice.
If you need further support, you can request a call from our dementia advisers, who should be in touch with you within a week.
Our local dementia advisers can go out and meet you in your community to offer further support, practical advice and information.
We can also connect you with other face to face services in your area.
As Dementia Connect is new, parts of the service may not be available in your area just yet.
