About the service

Our dementia support service is here to give you personalised help and advice face to face, over the phone or in writing. Depending on your needs, we can offer you information and signposting or ongoing support regardless of whether you are worried about your memory, have a diagnosis of dementia or are a carer, family or friend. Our expert team will listen, answer your questions, and connect you to the support you need.

Who is this service for?

People worried about their memory, people with dementia, people with dementia aged under 65, people with dementia aged over 65, people with dementia diagnosed under 65, people with dementia diagnosed at 65 and over, carers of people worried about their memory, carers of people with dementia, carers of people with dementia aged under 65, carers of people with dementia aged over 65, carers of people with dementia diagnosed under 65, carers of people with dementia diagnosed at 65 and over, family and friends, health and social care professionals and the general public. Residents of Hull only

Monday–Friday, weekly, 9am–5pm
