Dementia Support Line
About the service
Memory Support Hertfordshire provides local connection, information and advice for everyone affected by dementia or memory loss. This service is provided in partnership between Alzheimer’s Society, Age UK Hertfordshire and Carers in Hertfordshire. The service provides a single point of access and includes 1-2-1 advice and guidance as well as group services across Hertfordshire.
Who is this service for?
People with dementia, carers of people with dementia, family and friends and health and social care professionals.
When is this service available?
Monday–Friday, weekly, 9am–4pm
