About the service

The National Trust, in collaboration with Alzheimer’s Society, is launching a new walking group in Dorset specifically for people living with young onset dementia (aged 65 and under). The group offers a friendly and supportive environment where participants can enjoy the outdoors, meet others, and stay active at a pace that feels comfortable and enjoyable for everyone.

Who is this service for?

People with dementia aged under 65 and carers of people with dementia.

When is this service available?

First Wednesday of every month. Start times will vary depending on location of the walk.
