About the service

Our disability facilities service can support you with accessing dementia friendly aids/products that will support you to remain independent. This can include support with some daily living activities, as well as leisure and social activities. This service is based on an individual assessment of your needs and is carried out by one of our expert dementia advisors in your own home. This service is available to anyone living with dementia.
