About the service
Meet others who understand what you’re going through at our peer support group. The group is run by a facilitator and offers a chance to ask questions, get information and share experiences in a safe and supportive environment. This group is delivered online.
Who is this service for?
Carers of people with dementia who are moving, or have recently moved into residential or nursing care.
When is this service available?
Fortnightly on Tuesday, 10am–12pm
