Meet new people, share your experiences, and enjoy fun activities in a group for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. There’s a wide range of activities with a focus on socialising in a friendly and informal setting. This service is run from various locations across North Somerset, according to the activity planned. People with dementia and their carers who are physically active to participate in activities indoors and outdoors across North Somerset.
