About the service

Our dementia advisers give advice and information face to face, over the telephone, by email or by post, and help with all aspects of living with dementia. They are also experts in getting you access to the vital support you need. If you are worried about your memory, have dementia yourself or care for someone, our dementia advisers are here to help.

Who is this service for?

People worried about their memory, people with dementia, people with dementia aged under 65, people with dementia aged over 65, people with dementia diagnosed under 65, people with dementia diagnosed at 65 and over, carers of people worried about their memory, carers of people with dementia, carers of people with dementia aged under 65, carers of people with dementia aged over 65, carers of people with dementia diagnosed under 65, carers of people with dementia diagnosed at 65 and over, family and friends, health and social care professionals and the general public.
