About the service

Our dementia advisers give advice and information face to face or over the telephone, and help with all aspects of living with dementia. They are also experts in getting you access to the vital support you need. If you are worried about your memory, have dementia yourself or care for someone, our dementia advisers are here to help.

Who is this service for?

People worried about their memory, people with dementia, carers of people worried about their memory, carers of people with dementia, family and friends, health and social care professionals and the general public.

When is this service available?

Weekly on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 10am–3pm
