Dementia Support Line
About the service
Our Carer Information and Support Programme Two is for carers, family and friends of a person who has been living with dementia for some time. Get the advice and support you need whether that’s understanding how dementia progresses or advice on living with dementia day to day. This group is delivered through face-to-face sessions or online.
Who is this service for?
Carers of people worried about their memory, carers of people with dementia, carers of people with dementia aged under 65, carers of people with dementia aged over 65, carers of people with dementia diagnosed under 65 and carers of people with dementia diagnosed at 65 and over.
