Fundraising is crucial to the work we do. By volunteering with us you’ll help raise money that helps people affected by dementia get the support they need today and fund research that helps find a cure for tomorrow.

By taking on one of our volunteer fundraising roles, you will not only be contributing to our work but will also have fun, meet new people and be able to put your skills to a fantastic use.

The best way to find out what your volunteering could involve is to see what roles are listed in your local area.

Activities you may be involved with include;

  • Volunteer Fundraising Groups: join a group of like-minded people in your area to plan and organise events and activities
  • Event Day volunteers: volunteer to marshal at our flagship Memory Walk events or bring your enthusiasm to one of our cheer teams at one of our running events
  • Collection coordinator: liaise with local businesses and organisations willing to host a collection tin. Place and collect tins, ensuring money is counted and safely banked.

No experience is required. Full training will be provided where necessary.

If you would like to know more about this or other volunteer roles, please contact the Volunteering Support Team on 0300 222 5706, or email the volunteering team.
