You can order up to ten items from this form, which we will send to you in the post. Alzheimer’s Society will cover the cost of up to ten items, and delivery. If you tick more than ten boxes, your order will not be processed and you will not receive any resources.
We only deliver to addresses in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Any orders to addresses outside of these countries will not be processed.
If you are ordering on someone's behalf, please make sure you let them know beforehand.
