About the service
We are here to help if you are worried about your memory, have dementia, or care for someone who does. Our friendly team will listen to you, answer your questions, and help you find the right support. We can provide: one-to-one support for people with dementia, carers, and loved ones, offering advice about healthcare, legal matters and local services; courses for carers to better understand dementia, manage changes, and feel more confident in their caring role; friendly inclusive groups that help people stay active, meet others, and remain connected to their community and an opportunity for people with dementia, their carers and loved ones to share their experience; to help improve services and make communities more inclusive.
Who is this service for?
People with dementia, carers of people with dementia, family and friends and health and social care professionals. Residents of Essex County Council area

Monday, 9am–8pm; Tuesday, 9am–8pm; Wednesday, 9am–8pm; Thursday, 9am–5pm; Friday, 9am–5pm; Saturday, 10am–4pm; Sunday, 10am–4pm
