Dementia Activity Days provide a wide range of activities, group sessions and opportunities to socialise with other people with dementia. All the sessions are held in a relaxed and fun environment. The days are filled with fun activities to get involved in such as singing, dancing, exercise, games and music. Also, a hot meal at lunch and refreshments throughout the day are provided. Prior booking is required either via telephone, email or the website.
