Harnham Memory Café meets on Thursday mornings, rotating with Music and Movement for the Mind. As well as catching up with friends and speaking informally to dementia professionals, members can also enjoy singing, gentle exercise to music, talks and activities. This group provides an informal setting where people can find out more about dementia and help available and meet others in a similar situation. Refreshments are provided.
