Memory Meet Up is a sociable group meet up for people affected by dementia and their families. With fun, music, exercise, arts and crafts, quizzes, reminiscence and so much more. The service appreciates that everyone's experience of dementia is different and that's why they are there to help or advise as concerns arise.
