What information do we collect?
If you contact us through our website, we may keep a record of that correspondence; details of transactions you carry out through our website and details of your visits to our website including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data. All employees who have access to your personal data are obliged to respect the confidentiality of this information. We deliver training to our staff to make sure this happens.

Before we can respond to your request we require proof of identification e.g. a copy of a valid passport or a valid UK driving licence. Once we have received this along with full details of your request we aim to respond as soon as possible in a maximum of 40 days (as permitted be the law).
Please note that any information you may post on online forums may be viewed by anyone visiting our site. Do not post any information about yourself that you would not be happy for random passers-by to see.
