If you have a GP in Bristol
The Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service and the Specialist Deaf Service have collaborated to make sure the assessment for dementia diagnosis is in BSL and culturally accessible.

If you have a GP somewhere else in the UK
The Cognitive Disorders Service, based in London, offers specialist BSL dementia screening services. However, you will need to be referred by your GP to access these services.
