Farewill may take card details to secure your appointment. No charge is made unless you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, when a £20 fee applies. This will be explained during booking.

 

Your Will is a meaningful way to reflect on the causes and values that matter to you. Many people take the opportunity to include a gift in their Will when they use this service - in fact, gifts in Wills from kind people like you currently fund a third of all our work.

ALZHEIMER’S SOCIETY FAREWILL FREE WILL OFFER (Online and Phone)


SUPPORTER TERMS & CONDITIONS
 

1. Alzheimer’s Society have partnered with Farewill to offer supporters the opportunity to write their Will for free using the service. Alzheimer’s Society will issue the supporter with a voucher code which can be redeemed at check out on Farewill’s website, or over the phone using Farewill’s telephone Will service, to cover the cost of a Will.
 

2. You will not be able to get a free Will from Farewill unless you agree to their own Terms and Conditions. It is worth noting that:

● You must be aged 18 or over to use the service.

● The online Will-writing service is only available in England and Wales. The telephone Will-writing service is available in England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.*

● There is no obligation on users of the service to leave a gift to Alzheimer’s Society.

● Farewill will only provide Alzheimer’s Society with your name, date of birth , gift type (residuary or pecuniary), approximate gift amount and/or address/email/phone number in line with Farewill’s own Terms and Conditions.

● Included in this offer, you will have 30 days to make any updates to your will for free, from the date of completion. You may also choose at check out, to opt in to make unlimited future changes to your Will after the 30 days, at a cost to you of £10 per year. You can choose not to opt in to this service, in which case you will not be required to enter any payment details at checkout. If opted in to this Unlimited Updates service, you can opt out at any time before being charged through your “Account”. 3. Alzheimer’s Society reserves the right to withdraw this free Will offer at any time.


4. This Alzheimer’s Society Farewill free Will offer is separate to the Will to Remember scheme* also offered by Alzheimer’s Society which instead offers a free simple Will using a participating local solicitor, preparing the Will offline. The offers cannot be used in conjunction.


5. Alzheimer’s Society pays a reduced rate to Farewill for supporters to write a standard Will with no charge to them, as this helps to increase the amount of future gifts left in Wills to the charity and represents a good long term return on investment.


6. This offer covers the cost of a standard individual or couple’s Wills written using Farewill’s online or telephone service. If your answers to the questions on Farewill’s website suggest you need a more complex Will they may refer you to their telephone Will-writing service. The cost of this may also be covered by your voucher code depending on the level of complexity but Farewill will make it clear if there would be any additional cost to you before proceeding. We do not pay any additional costs above what is covered by your voucher code, as this is not cost effective for the  harity. If the costs of writing your Will exceed the sum covered by your voucher you are responsible for the additional amount, please take note of this when you add your voucher at check out online or are quoted on the phone.*


7. Please note Farewill alone, not Alzheimer’s Society, provide the Will-writing service and responsibility of the service is Farewill’s. Farewill is independent of Alzheimer’s Society and participating in this free Will offer does not imply a recommendation by Alzheimer’s Society. Please check the Terms and Conditions applying to Farewill before you apply.

Bydd yr Alzheimer's Society yn rhoi cod talebau i'r cefnogwr y gellir ei adbrynu wrth edrych ar wefan Farewill, neu dros y ffôn gan ddefnyddio gwasanaeth Ewyllysiau ffôn Farewill, i dalu am gost ewyllys.


2. Ni fyddwch yn gallu cael Ewyllys am ddim gan Farewill oni bai eich bod yn cytuno i'w Telerau ac Amodau eu hunain. Mae'n werth nodi:

  • ● Rhaid i chi fod yn 18 oed neu'n hŷn i ddefnyddio'r gwasanaeth.
  • ● Mae'r gwasanaeth ysgrifennu ewyllysiau ar-lein ar gael yng Nghymru a Lloegr yn unig. Mae'r gwasanaeth ysgrifennu ewyllys dros y ffôn ar gael yng Nghymru, Lloegr, Gogledd Iwerddon a'r Alban.*
  • ● Nid oes rheidrwydd ar ddefnyddwyr y gwasanaeth i adael rhodd i'r Alzheimer's Society.
  • ● Bydd Farewill ond yn rhoi eich enw, dyddiad geni, math o anrheg (gweddilliol neu ariannol), swm bras yr anrheg a/neu gyfeiriad/e-bost/rhif ffôn i'r Alzheimer's Society yn unol â Thelerau ac Amodau Farewill ei hun.
  • ● Wedi'i gynnwys yn y cynnig hwn, bydd gennych 30 diwrnod i wneud unrhyw ddiweddariadau i'ch ewyllys am ddim, o'r dyddiad cwblhau. Gallwch hefyd ddewis, wrth y ddesg dalu, i optio i mewn i wneud newidiadau diderfyn i'ch Ewyllys yn y dyfodol, ar ôl y 30 diwrnod, am gost o £10 y flwyddyn i chi. 4. Mae'r cynnig ewyllys Farewill rhad ac am ddim hwn gan yr Alzheimer's Society ar wahân i'r cynllun Ewyllys i Gofio* a gynigir hefyd gan yr Alzheimer's Society, sy'n cynnig ewyllys syml am ddim gan ddefnyddio cyfreithiwr lleol sy'n cymryd rhan, gan baratoi'r ewyllys all-lein. Ni ellir defnyddio'r cynigion ar y cyd.
 

5. Mae'r Alzheimer's Society yn talu cyfradd is i Farewill i gefnogwyr ysgrifennu ewyllys safonol heb unrhyw dâl iddynt, gan fod hyn yn helpu i gynyddu’r rhoddion a adewir yn y dyfodol mewn Ewyllysiau i’r elusen ac yn cynrychioli elw hirdymor da ar fuddsoddiad.


6. Mae'r cynnig hwn yn talu cost ewyllys safonol unigolyn neu gwpl a ysgrifennwyd gan ddefnyddio gwasanaeth ar-lein neu ffôn Farewill. Os yw eich atebion i'r cwestiynau ar wefan Farewill yn awgrymu bod angen ewyllys fwy cymhleth arnoch, efallai y byddant yn eich cyfeirio at eu gwasanaeth ysgrifennu ewyllysiau dros y ffôn. Efallai y bydd cost hyn hefyd yn cael ei dalu gan eich cod talebau yn dibynnu ar lefel y cymhlethdod, ond bydd Farewill yn ei gwneud yn glir a fyddai unrhyw gost ychwanegol i chi cyn bwrw ymlaen. Nid ydym yn talu unrhyw gostau ychwanegol uwchben yr hyn a gwmpesir gan eich cod talebau, gan nad yw hyn yn gost-effeithiol i'r elusen. Os yw costau ysgrifennu eich Ewyllys yn fwy na'r swm a gwmpesir gan eich taleb, chi sy'n gyfrifol am y swm ychwanegol, nodwch hyn pan fyddwch yn ychwanegu eich taleb wrth y ddesg dalu arlein neu os cewch ddyfynbris dros y ffôn*
 

7. Nodwch mai Farewill yn unig, nid yr Alzheimer's Society, sy'n darparu'r gwasanaeth ysgrifennu ewyllysiau, a chyfrifoldeb y gwasanaeth yw Farewill. Mae Farewill yn annibynnol o'r Alzheimer's Society ac nid yw cymryd rhan yn y cynnig ewyllys rhad ac am ddim hwn yn awgrymu argymhelliad gan yr Alzheimer's Society. Gwiriwch y Telerau ac Amodau sy'n berthnasol i Farewill cyn i chi wneud cais.
