Keep your brain active with our monthly Brain Workout puzzles – delivered straight to your door.
Crack clues, solve puzzles and help people with dementia too! If you like puzzles, you’ll love doing our Brain Workout. Every month, you can put your mind to the test with a stimulating mix of word, number and logic puzzles. In each pack, you’ll have plenty to keep your brain on its toes and it takes just moments to join in the fun.
How does it work?

You should receive your welcome pack withing 14 days of signing up.
All subsequent monthly packs are mailed out around 28th to 30th of each month. Packs can take up a week to land on doorsteps.
The mailing list is created around the 20th of each month, meaning the regular payment must have cleared by the 20th to ensure you are included in the mailing list. Therefore, if you have a payment date of the 22nd of the month, you'll have to wait the following month for your first monthly pack. However, as per the above you will receive your welcome pack in the meantime to tide you over until then.
The first thing you'll receive from us is your welcome pack, in this you'll get an introductory puzzle pack and a free Brain Workout pencil.
In your monthly puzzle packs, you'll get your themed pack of puzzles, a personalised letter and a workings sheet to scribble any calculations down.
You'll also get a bumper pack instead of a standard monthly pack every quarter, this includes even more puzzles to crack on with. Bumper packs are in March, June, September and there's a special Christmas pack in December.
We work hard to keep Brain Workout as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible. The paper used for every pack is Forest Stewardship Council ® (FSC®) certified, which means it is sourced from sustainably managed forests. Well-managed sustainable forests give multiple benefits to society, such as livelihoods, ecosystem services and biodiversity, while helping to tackle climate change.
The FSC® certifies forests to credible, independently verified standards of responsible forest management, conserving the natural habitats of plants and animals, and respecting the rights of forestry workers and local communities. It works to ensure a robust supply chain, starting from the forests through to the end user.
The paper used is also widely recyclable so once you have completed the puzzles in your pack, you can dispose of it responsibly by using your household recycling bin.

Currently we only have one version of Brain Workout but last year added in the varying levels of difficulty so that people could pick and choose their levels or work through them and ideally progress to a higher level.
Brain Workout is unfortunately not specifically designed for people living with dementia but as way to maintain your mental wellness whilst your donation goes towards supporting people living with dementia.
At the current time we are unable to gift Brain Workout packs. The delivery address has to be the same as the billing address as our fulfilment house doesn’t have the system in place to have these as different places, being it would be a manual process which naturally costs more as it wouldn’t be automatically mailing it.
There currently isn’t enough of a demand for this for us to justify the cost in implementing the system – but in the future we’d love to look into this further.
Currently we do not have the IT infrastructure to do this and this would be an extremely expensive set-up process for us, at this moment in time, there is not enough of a demand for us to justify this.
