Coronavirus - Outdoor-lovers chat

Provided by:

Trent Dementia Services Development Centre

Please contact the service provider for details of any costs.

Outdoor-lovers chat is a group where members are making films of photo montages of local walks set to music and sharing these. It is also a space where outdoor lovers, birdwatchers, photographers and hikers can share pictures and videos of nature. These pictures and videos are then published on Trent Dementia Services Development Centre's Facebook page. The group also share home work-out videos, like chair work-out, Tai Chi, and dance moves. Members talk about what physical activities they did during the week and try to stay connected and physically active. People living with dementia and their family members/supporters/friends are welcome to join. Please contact Trent Dementia Services Development Centre to receive the Zoom link or the phone number and PIN to call into the meeting. You don’t need to have a computer to attend this meeting.
