The fun online cognitive stimulation therapy (CST) service meets individuals needs, improves quality of life and has been found to help the memory and thinking skills of people with mild to moderate dementia. Studies have mainly been conducted with people with Alzheimer’s disease or mixed dementia, but CST would be relevant to all. Although the sessions are individual, where there is interest, group sessions for over four people can also be arranged.
