Our peer group programme is for people with early-stage dementia. It gives you the know-how and practical skills so you can feel empowered to better manage your health and wellbeing. Learn from others in the group and share your experiences through a number of sessions covering a range of topics. This group is delivered through face-to-face sessions or online.
