Your donation can change a family’s Christmas like Katie’s

Katie and her two sisters had no idea how to manage the festive season following their mum Lesley’s diagnosis in November 2021. As Christmas cards began to arrive, Lesley struggled with simple tasks like opening envelopes and removing the cards inside, a painful reminder that Christmas would no longer be the same. 

Thankfully, they were supported by a wonderful dementia adviser named Jaime, who offered guidance and spoke directly to Lesley with warmth and respect. Without that support, Katie wasn’t sure how she would have coped.
