How our Companionship Service works

You have the flexibility to choose one-to-one companion calls that can be paired with online support, allowing you to engage when it feels best for you. Whether you prefer the connection of a call, the convenience of online chats or a combination of both, the support is here for you whenever you need it.

You're not alone on this journey. We're here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.

Companionship options

  • One-to-one Companion Calls: Regular, often weekly, friendly conversations with the same trained volunteer, offering a consistent connection and someone who gets to know you.
  • Weekly online groups: One-hour groups each week. Join when you’d like, you can dip in and out depending on how you’re feeling.
  • Online forum: A safe, moderated online community available anytime - day or night. You can connect, read or share when it suits you.

You don't have to commit to all three options. Let us know what interests you and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
