All calls are confidential. Calls to the Helpline cost no more than the national call rate. They count towards any inclusive minutes in a phone contract. This applies to mobiles, BT or other fixed lines or payphones.
Let us know when you call if English is not your first language as we can provide confidential interpreters in many languages.
