• Bangor Carer Support Group
  The Support Group gives people with dementia, family and carers the opportunity to meet others in similar circumstances, share their experiences and concerns in an understanding and confidential setting.
• Carer Information Programmes
  The carer information programme provides the opportunity to increase knowledge and understanding of dementia. The programme runs annually and consists of sessions covering a variety of topics. These can include sessions on communication, challenging behaviour, legal and financial issues.
• Dementia Support Visits
  The Outreach Service provides information, support and signposting of services to people with dementia, family and their carers through support visits to and beyond the family home.

• Outings and Day trips
  The office provides various outings and day trips for people with dementia and carers

  Facility provided for rural communities but not exclusive to them.
