Services offered

• Ballyclare Carer Support Group
  This group is open to carers of people with dementia giving the opportunity to meet and share with others in a similar situation their experiences in a safe and confidential setting.
• East Antrim Activity group
  Activity Groups are for people in the early stages of dementia and their carer or friend to attend together. The group provides a programme of recreational activities that improve well being and are both stimulating and enjoyable.
• Friendship Carrickfergus (2)
  
• Information & Education Programme
  These programmes are run twice a year aiming at the carers of people with dementia. The sessions are usually 4- 6 in total and each session hosts a speaker, focusing on personal caring, financial issues, care in the community and how to cope with the challenges of dementia.
• Larne Carer Support Group
  To provide a safe confidential environment for carers to share experiences, concerns and problems with others in a similar situation every 3rd Wednesday of the month.
• Monkstown Carer Support Group
  The group provides carers with a safe confidential environment to share experiences, concerns and problems with others in similar situations.
• Outings and Day Trips
  
• Outreach Service
  This service offers information, signposting of services and emotional support to people with dementia and carers of people with dementia. This service provides visits in or beyond the family home of carers and people with dementia.
• Whitehouse Support Group
  This group is open to carers and people with dementia giving the opportunity to meet and share with others in a similar situation their experiences in a safe and confidential setting.
