  Befriending service for people with dementia, offering support and advice for carers.
• Befriending service for Younger People with Dementia
  Befriending service for people living with dementia, offering companionship and emotional support. A trained member of staff can provide practical support helping to keep a person independent within the community.
• Carers Support Group for Younger People with Dementia
  Support group for carers of younger people with dementia offering an opportunity to meet other carers, share experiences and support each other.
• Choir for Younger People with Dementia
  A choir group set up for younger people with dementia, providing an enjoyable and uplifting experience.
• Dementia Cafe for Younger People With Dementia
  Activities for people with dementia and their carers. Information and relevant support, lunch, refreshments, entertainment and social events.
• Dementia Support Project for Younger People with Dementia
  Information on all aspects of dementia, including advice in caring for a person with dementia and providing emotional support. Referral to statutory services and support groups including signposting to other organisations and home visits if appropriate.
