Our "Side by Side" befriending scheme provides a service of friendship and encouragement for people living with dementia and their carers. With a team of specially recruited and trained volunteers who visit people in their own home, we aim to provide an opportunity for carers to have a few hours break, safe in the knowledge the person they care for is enjoying companionship and support. Our befriending volunteers however, are unable to provide personal care. - Singing for the Brain- Ammanford
