Services offered

  • Carers Support Group - Weymouth
    A monthly support group for carers. The service runs 2nd Tuesday of each month, please check before attending.
  • Information and Support - Dorchester
    Information and support telephone service. There is a telephone answering machine operating 24 hours a day.
  • Memory Cafe - Crossways
    A cafe style meeting with occasional guest speakers. Activity for person with dementia and their carers. Society staff will be on hand for information and advice. The service runs alternate Wednesdays.
  • Memory Cafe - Dorchester
    A cafe style meeting with occasional guest speakers. Activity for person with dementia and their carers. Society staff will be on hand for information and advice. The service runs Thursday fortnightly.
  • Memory Cafe - Lyme Regis
    A cafe style meeting with occasional guest speakers. Activity for people with dementia and their carers. Society staff will be on hand for information and advice. The service runs on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
  • Memory Cafe - Maiden Newton
    A cafe style meeting with occasional guest speakers. Activity for person with dementia and their carers. Society staff will be on hand for information and advice. The service runs alternate Thursdays.

    Singing for the brain is an activity group for people living with dementia and their carers to jointly participate in community singing. The service runs Thursday fortnightly.
