• North Warwickshire - Dementia Adviser
  The dementia adviser post provides a highly responsive, individualised information and sign posting services to primarily people with a diagnosis of dementia. They will be based both within a memory clinic setting and in the community. They are available to visit people on a 121 basis and will continue to build links and signpost as and when needed.
• South warwickshire - Alzheimer's Cafe Rugby
  The Alzheimer's Cafe is an educational and social event. It follows an 11 month rolling programme. The cafe has a different theme each meeting. It generally follows the chronological course of the illness. It provides information, emotional support, social support, informal consultations, encourages peer support and the opportunity to meet with professionals in a social setting. Refreshments are available. This is the third Monday of every month at 7pm to 9pm. Please contact Gary Stanley on 024 7665 2602.
• South Warwickshire - Community Support Stratford District
  The community support service is for people who are in the early stages of dementia and want to and are able to continue with their usual social activities. A trained Leisure and wellbeing worker will visit the home and will encourage, motivate and be companionship to the person with dementia. They have the option to stay at home or go out visiting places of interest, friends or just a drive out. Personal care is not provided in this service.
• South Warwickshire - Community Support Warwick district
  The Community Support service is for people who are in the early stages of dementia and want to and are able to continue with their usual social activities. A trained Leisure and Wellbeing worker will visit the home and will encourage, motivate and be companionship to the person with dementia. They have the option to stay at home or go out visiting places of interest, friends or just a drive out. Personal care is not provided in this service.
• South Warwickshire - Dell Court Day Support
  The day care service provides a stimulating and social environment for people with early to mid stages of dementia. The carers can benefit from 5 hours respite. A freshly cooked meal at lunch time, occassional outings and activities are provided. There is also the option of a pick up and drop off service for people with out transport.
• South Warwickshire - Dementia Cafe Alcester
  The dementia Cafe is on the last Friday of the month between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm held at 1st Floor, Globe House, Priory Road, Alcester, B49 5DZ. Please contact Gary Stanley on 024 7665 2602.
• South Warwickshire - James Court Day Support
  The day care service provides a stimulating and social environment for people with dementia. It enables carers to take 5hrs respite. A pick up service is available. The day care also provides a freshly cooked meal at lunch time, occassional outings and a variety of activities.
• Warwickshire - Dementia Cafe - Shipston-on-Stour
  The dementia cafe is a place where people with dementia and their carers/ relatives can come together to gain information and peer support. Occassional talks as and when required by professionals. This is on the first Friday of the month from 2pm to 3:30pm, at stour Court, Old Road. Please contact Gary Stanley on 024 7665 2602.
• Warwickshire - Dementia Cafe Atherstone
  A place for people affected by dementia to meet others in a similar situation for education, support and social interaction. This is the third Thursday of the month at 10:30am to 12:30pm at The Partnership Centre, Coleshill Road. Please contact Gary Stanley on 024 7665 2602.
• Warwickshire - Dementia Cafe Kenilworth
  A place for people affected by dementia to meet others in a similar situation for education, support and social interaction. This is the first Saturday of the month at 10:30am to 12:30pm, located at the Waverley Centre, Waverley Road. Please contact Gary Stanley 024 7665 2602.
• Warwickshire - Dementia Cafe Southam
  A place for people affected by dementia to meet others in a similar situation for education, support and social interaction. This is the fourth Wednesday of the month at 10:30am to 12:30pm, located at Wattons Lodge, Watton Lane. Please contact Gary Stanley 024 7665 2602 or 07827940844.
• Warwickshire - Dementia Cafe Stratford District
  A place for people affected by dementia to meet others in a similar situation for education, support and social interaction. This is on the third Tuesday of the month from 12pm to 2pm, located at St Andrew's Church Hall, Shottery. Please contact Gary Stanley on 024 7665 2602.
• Warwickshire - Information service
  The information service incorporates a number of services. An Information Officer is available to raise awareness and reach people who could benefit from our knowledge through talks, workshops and information telephone line. A resource room is also available by appointment only. Anyone who has an interest in dementia is welcome.
