• Dementia Support Worker (Hospital discharge)
  A one to one support service to people with dementia to help maintain independence, and improve their sense of well-being following discharge from hospital during the winter months. Project ends on 31 March 2013
• Information Provision North Staffordshire
  Information for anyone with general queries about local services and support provided by Alzheimer's Society and other organisations.
• Peer Support (people with dementia and carers) Cheadle
  Monthly support group for carers held on second Thursday of the month from 7.30 pm in Cheadle
• Peer Support Group (carers) Newcastle under Lyme
  Support group for carers of people with dementia. Meets 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm, every 3rd Wednesday of the month at Earls Court, Miller Street, Newcastle under Lyme, ST5 1QJ.
• Peer Support Group (people with dementia & carers) Burslem
  Support group for carers and people with dementia. Held on the last Thursday of the month at 7.30 pm at Burslem Day Centre, Baddeley Street, Burslem, Stoke on Trent.
