• Information and Resources Sandwell
  Providing a full range of information as the first point of contact for people with dementia, carers, professionals and the general public. This is done either by telephone support, information packs, leaflets and other publications. We also raise awareness through talks and workshops.
• Sandwell - Dementia Adviser
  The Dementia Adviser service provides individually tailored information and signposting for people living with dementia. The service is offered from point of diagnosis and onwards. It is primarily to support the person with Dementia. Please contact Anette Knesch on 07712854742 for details.
• Sandwell - Dementia Support Service
  Information support and advice for carers of people with dementia. Please contact either 0121 521 3023 or 0121 521 3034.
• Sandwell - Homecare
  Home respite service providing a trained homecare worker for 2 or 3 hours at a time to provide high quality individualised specialist support for people with dementia, whilst enabling carers to take a short break. Home respite offers social opportunities and stimulating activities geared toward the individual person with dementia.
• Sandwell Day Care
  Saturday day care offering high quality, specialist day care for people with dementia, whilst enabling their carers to take a short break. Day care offers social opportunities and the chance to undertake a variety of supported activities.
