  Held at Greenhill Health Centre, Church Street, Lichfield, information and support provided by Dementia Advisers. Appointments available from 9.30 am to 11.30 am, every Friday. Please ring 01543 255955 to make an appointment.

  Information and signposting service for people with dementia and their carers in South Staffordshire
• Dementia Support Stafford and Cannock
  One to one information, emotional and practical support for carers and people with dementia in the Cannock and Stafford areas.
• Information Provision South Staffordshire
  Information for anyone with general queries about local services and support provided by Alzheimer's Society and other organisations.
• Peer Support Group (people with dementia and carers) Burton upon Trent
  Support Group held monthly for people with dementia and carers. Held on second Thursday of the month 10.30 am - 12.30 pm at Queen Street Community Centre, Burton Upon Trent, DE14 3PX
• Peer Support Group (people with dementia and carers) Lichfield
  Monthly support group for carers and people with dementia. Last Thursday of the month, 10.30 am - 12.30 pm at Wade Street Church Hall, Frog Lane, Lichfield, WS13 6HL
• Singing for the Brain Lichfield
  A fun, stimulating and social activity for people with memory problems, or early to moderate stages of dementia, and their carers. Held weekly on Friday afternoons in Lichfield in 10 session blocks. Limited number of places, please ring to book a place.

  A fun, stimulating and social activity for people with memory problems or early to moderate stages of dementia and their carers. Held weekly in 10 week blocks in Wombourne on Monday afternoons. Places limited, please ring to book a place.
